Our leadership team reflects a group of diverse individuals with breadth and depth of experience at Artstillery.

Throughout 2026–2027, our Core Team of Directors has been participating in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a practical framework that has helped us strengthen our mission, clarify our vision, improve accountability, and build a healthier, more sustainable organization for the future.

Paulina oversees the organization’s strategic growth and operational health, ensuring that Artstillery’s bold creative visions are met with sustainable structural support. Passionate about the power of narrative to drive social change, she works at the heart of the community to bridge artistic innovation with institutional stability.

Meagan Harris

Marketing Director

Meagan is a native-to-Dallas actor, producer, and director. Specializing in devised solo performance, her work garnered the Regional Broadway World Award for Best Solo Show of 2025. In addition to her theatrical work, she is the founder of Paper Wing Creative, a digital marketing agency for creatives and has 10+ years of experience in video production and marketing.

Elle Franklin

Elle is a transgender artist and organizer working at the intersection of rhythm, atmosphere, and identity. As the Head of Venue Operations at Artstillery, they leverage a career in hospitality to curate immersive, inclusive cultural experiences. An active voice in the local LGBTQ community, Elle’s creative work is equally impactful; their contributions as a drummer for the band DarClow recently earned them a Dallas Entertainment Award nomination. In their solo work, they move toward the ambient electronic space, reimagining the drum kit as a tool for creating expansive, inhabitable soundscapes that reflect a journey of transition and resonance.

Jamie Milligan

Lighting Designer

As Lighting Designer for Artstillery, Jamie Milligan uses light to sculpt the unconventional spaces the collective inhabits. Jamie specializes in site-specific illumination, turning raw environments into evocative landscapes that heighten the tension and intimacy of live performance.



Paris Brown

Paris Brown is a documentary filmmaker dedicated to authentic storytelling and human-centered narratives. By focusing on the raw realities of his subjects, Paris captures the truth behind complex social issues, turning real-world data into compelling visual journeys.

Alisa Eykilis

Alisa is a photographer dedicated to capturing the raw, authentic essence of her subjects. With a keen eye for light and composition, she specializes in visual storytelling that bridges the gap between fleeting moments and lasting narratives. Her work is defined by its emotional depth and technical precision.

Armando Monsivais

Armando Monsivais’ sound designs incorporate original compositions across a wide range of styles, including Mexican folk, hip-hop, classical, jazz, and rock ’n’ roll. His sound design and composition credits include Luchadora (Cara Mía Theatre), Prime-Time for Murder (Pegasus Theatre), Searching for the Six Flags of Texas (Cara Mía Theatre), Ursula (Cara Mía Theatre), Pizcas (Teatro Dallas), Tlatli: When We Were Earth (Teatro Dallas), The Siege of Numantia (UNT Theatre Department), and Lux: Solo Show. In addition to his work as a sound designer and composer, Mr. Monsivais has performed as an actor with Prizm, Bishop Arts Theatre, Cara Mía Theatre, Shakespeare Dallas, Dallas Children’s Theater, and Laboratorio de La Máscara (Mexico City). He is a multidisciplinary artist whose work bridges music, theatre, and community-centered storytelling.

Laila Kharrat

Performer + Community Advocate

Laila is a performing artist, narrative weaver, and community connector. She is dedicated to amplifying marginalized voices in the community and producing work that addresses social justice issues. Her passion is representing and sharing authentic narratives that help to connect community members via meaningful experiences that inspire positive change.
